Fall 2009

Welcome to Sunday School! We are delighted to have you and your child participate in our programs.

Classes begin Sunday, September 20, 2009 and end Sunday, May 9, 2010. A separate calendar with more details will be available at the beginning of the school year and can be found on the bulletin board located in the classroom hallway, or on our website calendar at ulcel.org, or preview the calender linked below.

Morning Education time is from 9:40 AM to 10:30 AM. Pre-school through 5th graders are scheduled to meet at the bottom of the stairs for an opening. The opening gathering will begin at 9:40 AM and end with teachers taking their children to class at 10:00 AM. Class will continue in the classrooms from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Parents/Guardians feel free to join our opening gathering with your children or drop them off no earlier than 9:30 AM, An adult will be there at that time to greet our students and families. Please be sure to pick up your children from their classrooms as close to 10:30 AM as you can. Our teachers and workers love spending time with your children but often need to attend to clean up tasks before late service begins. We remind you that church policy requires preschool through third grade children to be picked up by a parent/guardian or an authorized person listed on your child’s registration form.

Please note: Due to food allergies we will not be serving any snack in our classrooms again this year.

Future information will be given as hand outs in class, emailed to our Sunday School Families and posted on our bulletin board in the classroom hallway. No question or comment is silly! Please feel free to talk with your teacher, Marge or Terri regarding any questions or concerns. Our Sunday School Team is currently as follows:
