- Retro Worship - Sunday, June 12, 9:30 a.m. Worship service will be from the With One Voice hymnal.
- Outdoor Anniversary Worship with Faith Lutheran, Okemos - Sunday, July 24, 10 a.m.
Bring your lawnchair and join us for a worship of creation.
- Celebrating Campus Ministry Weekend - Sept. 17-18. Musician Rachel Kurtz will be leading a Women's Bible study Saturday afternoon, a concert Saturday evening and musical worship on Sunday at 10:45 a.m. Alpha Sunday picnic will follow worship on Sunday.
- Anniversary Celebration Weekend - Oct. 22-23. Activities include food packaging service project with Islamic Center of Greater Lansing, Saturday evening banquet with keynote by "freelance theologian" Rev. Anna Madsen, PhD, and Celebration Worship Sunday at 10:45 a.m. with Bishop Craig Satterlee preaching.
>Summer Youth Music Camp
June 13-17, 9am-2pm
Students entering third grade through sixth grade, summer music camp returns! Instruction in choir, recorder, handbells, basic musicianship and sign language will be offered. Cost $40 per student; $35 per student for families with more than one camper. Get an application here and return with payment and medical form to ULC office.
Enrollment deadline: June 9.
> Tight Knit - Knit & Crochet for a Cause
If you like to knit or crochet or would like to learn, we have the group for you. Each Monday, from 4:30 to 7 p.m., we meet in the Fireside Room to make hats, mittens and scarves that are donated to Homeless Angels. Come and go as you are able. We help beginners! If you prefer to work at home, we take donations of these items in any size. We also need donations of yarn - washable wool blend or acrylic please. The Tight Knit donation box is in the ULC office. Join the fun - everyone welcome!
